Delivery timelines vary by project type, scope, and season. Preview selections, final galleries, edited files, and album timelines should be confirmed during booking so expectations are clear on both sides.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, access information, permissions, and schedules that affect coverage. Delays or restrictions outside our control may affect the final image count or coverage flow.

Bold Infinite Images retains copyright to created images unless a separate licensing or transfer agreement is included in writing. Commercial usage, resale, and publication rights should be agreed before delivery when required.
