When you contact Bold Infinite Images, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, service interest, optional project timeline, project description, and consent. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss scope, prepare a quote, and plan the services you request.

How your inquiry is handled

When the contact service is configured, your submission is validated on the website server and transmitted by email to Bold Infinite Images. Short-lived, hashed technical identifiers may be held in memory to prevent spam and duplicate submissions. Useful server logs avoid names, email addresses, phone numbers, and project details.

We do not sell your personal information. Inquiry emails and subsequent business communication may be retained for reasonable customer-service, booking, and record-keeping needs. Access is limited to people who need the information to respond or deliver the requested work.

Analytics and third parties

This site does not enable analytics by default. A privacy-conscious analytics service may be configured later; if it is, this policy will be updated to identify that service and explain any cookies or additional data involved. Direct links to Instagram and WhatsApp are governed by those services when you choose to open them.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of your inquiry information by emailing [email protected]. We may retain information where a legal or legitimate business obligation requires it. Please do not place highly sensitive information in the project-description field.

Client photographs are used publicly only with the appropriate permission or agreement. If a project must remain private, raise that requirement during the booking conversation.
