Bookings are confirmed only after the agreed deposit or written acceptance is received. Dates are not reserved until confirmation is completed. Wedding and Roora bookings use a 30% date-reservation deposit unless a different written arrangement is agreed.

Scope and delivery

Delivery timelines vary by project type, scope, access, and season. Preview selections, final galleries, edited files, films, albums, and delivery dates will be confirmed in the project agreement so expectations are clear on both sides.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, access information, permissions, and schedules that affect coverage. Delays or restrictions outside our control may affect coverage flow, deliverables, or image counts.

Pricing and changes

Website package prices are starting points in United States dollars and are subject to availability and final requirements. Travel, specialist crew, additional production days, licensing, rush delivery, or changes in scope may affect the final quote. The written quote or agreement takes precedence.

Copyright and use

Bold Infinite Images retains copyright to created images and films unless a separate licensing or transfer agreement is made in writing. Commercial usage, resale, paid media, third-party publication, and exclusivity should be agreed before delivery where required.
